Application:

  • Suitable for use in all types of dough in bakery and confectionery applications (puff pastry, yeast dough, sponge cake, phyllo and shortcrust pastry).
  • Specially developed with a high percentage of dry matter and low water activity which makes the filling suitable for use in packaged bakery products that require a longer shelf life.
